Welcome to SupplyScout. By downloading, accessing, or using the SupplyScout mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.
By creating an account or using SupplyScout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
SupplyScout is a community-driven platform that allows users to report and view the availability of supplies (such as water, ice, fuel, food, and other essential items) at retail locations. The App is designed to assist users during emergencies, natural disasters, and other situations where supply availability information may be valuable.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You may create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with a third-party provider such as Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you sign in through a third-party provider, your use is also subject to that provider's terms and policies. SupplyScout reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SupplyScout and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from:
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by SupplyScout and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written consent.
Certain features of the App require a paid subscription ("SupplyScout Premium"). Premium features currently include, but are not limited to:
Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and are billed through your chosen payment method. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, add, or remove premium features with reasonable notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain premium access until that date.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
SupplyScout reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SupplyScout regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
